MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Description

1. Provide detailed information about products and attractive programs that have been established to persuade customers to make unit purchases.
2. Provide necessary information during the mortgage application process and assist customers if needed.
3. Maintain good relationships with customers.
4. Conduct location exhibitions as scheduled.
5. Implement digital marketing programs applied in the project.
6. Inform customers about the documents required for property purchases.
7. Prepare documents provided by customers for further processing in the payment process.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
   
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Property Sales (preferred).
3. Good communication skills, capable of making presentations.
4. Customer-oriented.
5. Ability to work towards targets.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
